Year 1
$1500 for the first year, which includes:
6 office visits (In-person or virtual options)
Continued portal messaging and on-going support outside of regular appointments
Initial lab work and 2 follow up lab draws for monitoring
Prescription for medications (medication costs not included, paid at pharmacy)
After the first year, annual renewal is $350 and includes:
One annual office visit
Lab recheck and review
Prescription management
Ongoing clinical oversight
Active LifeSpan Medical weight management patients receive a 50% discount on the first year of hormone replacement therapy.
